Switch Bitfinex funding bots in fifteen minutes.
Coinlend uses a percentage-of-earnings model. Stratum is a flat-fee Bitfinex margin funding bot. On a $250K portfolio at an illustrative 10% APR, a 5% earnings cut is about $1,250/yr; Stratum keeps pricing flat and adds strategy replays, scoped API keys, multi-account support, and exports. See the full Stratum vs Coinlend comparison.
Stop paying a cut of your funding earnings
Coinlend takes a percentage of what you earn, so the more your funding makes, the more the fee grows. Stratum charges a flat monthly subscription and takes 0% of your earnings — the price is the same whether you lend $5K or $500K. Everything you make on the Bitfinex funding book stays yours.
How to switch
Migration FAQ
Is my money at risk during the migration?
No. Your funds never leave your Bitfinex account at any point. Both Coinlend and Stratum are non-custodial and connect over scoped API keys, so switching only changes which bot manages your funding offers — the capital stays in your Bitfinex funding wallet the whole time.
Do I need to withdraw my funds to switch?
No. You do not move or withdraw anything. You revoke the API key Coinlend was using and add a new scoped key to Stratum. Existing open funding offers and active loans on Bitfinex are unaffected and keep running.
What happens to my open funding offers and active loans?
Active loans already lent out on Bitfinex continue to their term and are returned to your wallet as normal. Open, unfilled offers placed by Coinlend stay on the book until they fill or you cancel them; once your old key is revoked, Stratum manages new offers from there.
How long does it take to switch?
About fifteen minutes of setup: export your history, create a Stratum account, revoke the old key, and add a scoped key. You can then run Stratum in paper mode for as long as you like before turning on live offers.
Will I lose my earnings history?
No. Your full earnings history lives in the Bitfinex ledger, and Stratum reads from that ledger directly — so your past funding income is still visible and exportable. Export your Coinlend records too if you want a second copy.
Can I run Stratum and Coinlend at the same time while I test?
It is cleaner to keep them on separate keys, but you should not point two bots at the same funding capital, or they will compete to place and cancel each other’s offers. Test Stratum in paper mode first, then revoke the Coinlend key before going live.
